The funding source for this project is STORMWATER, TIF. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, insurance, equipment, materials and power for the complete performance of the following project, Ardmore Avenue & Airport Expressway Phase III Stormwater Improvements asfollows: Installation of approximately 1,700 LF of storm sewers and culverts ranging in size from 12" - 48" in diameter, 1,500 LF of elliptical and box pipes ranging in size from 30"x19" up to 10' x 5', 1,800 LF of 6" underdrain, 9 structures, 15 end sections, appurtenances, grading an approximate 700 LF two-stage ditch channel, improvements to existing roadside ditches and swales in the project area, and final restoration of the site. Contract Times: Days A. The Work will be substantially complete within 300 days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run as provided in Paragraph 4.01 of the General Conditions. B. Work shall be completed and ready for final payment in accordance with Paragraph 15.06 of the General Conditions within 360 days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run Pursuant to EPA Requirements, the City of Fort Wayne has established a fair share goal of 7% for MBEs and 5% for WBEs No Bid may be withdrawn for at least 60 days after the scheduled time for receipt of Bids so as to allow review of Bids before announcing award of Contract. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish a satisfactory Labor and Material Payment Bond and Performance Bond each in the amount no less than one hundred (100%) percent of the contract price.
