Questions Due Date: Jul 9th 2024, 10:00 AM CDT Middle School/High School Kitchen Renovations Package A Scope of Work FBISD is seeking a contractor to provide a turnkey solution for kitchen renovations as well as a dining commons building addition across multiple campuses (BP014). The includes Bowie Middle, Dulles Middle, Elkins High, First Colony Middle, Hodges Bend Middle, Kempner High, McAuliffe Middle, Quail Valley Middle, and Sugar Land Middle. Contractor Experience and References Contractor must provide customer references letter in order to receive points in the evaluation criteria section. Contractor must provide proof of pertinent experience (previous educational experience) along with documentation of successful completion of projects completed within the last 3 to 5 years with a minimum construction cost for K-12 kitchen renovations and dining commons additions at approximately $10,000,000.
