Renovation of an educational facility in Arlington, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Project consists of the TPO Re-roofing of approximately 90,500 sf of existing roof area 1 to 4, with new adhered high density cover board, new coping, new gas pipe support, and repainting of miscellaneous ferrous accessories A single prime contract based on a Stipulated Price as described in Document 00 50 00 - Contracting Forms and Supplements. Requests for any and/or all Change Orders must be submitted in writing to Amy Sapinsley, Chief Financial Officer, Arlington Community Schools, amy.sapinsley@acsk-12.org. No change order work may begin without written prior approval from Amy Sapinsley, Chief Financial Officer, Arlington Community Schools, amy.sapinsley@acsk-12.org. Arlington Community Schools will not be responsible for any costs associated with any change order work that was completed without written prior approval from Amy Sapinsley, Chief Financial Officer, Arlington Community Schools, amy.sapinsley@acsk-12.org. Questions regarding bid specifications should be directed to Tim Ruff, Chief of Operations, Arlington Community Schools, tjniruff^ not later than 12:00 PM on Thursday, May 1, 2025. All questions must be submitted by ernail. Answers to any questions will be delivered via an addendum by May 2nd, 2025 at 3 pm CST.
