Demolition, site work and addition to an educational facility in Arlington, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the addition of a 3,500-square-foot educational facility; for the demolition of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
Arlington Community Schools Board of Education (ACS) is seeking the services of a qualified Construction Manager at-Risk (CMAR) to provide pre-construction and construction phase services for the following Project: Arlington High School (AHS) - Softball Fieldhouse Addition New Softball Fieldhouse Addition Addition to the existing softball dugout on the existing AHS athletic complex. The fieldhouse addition will include locker room, weight room, office space, concessions, and restroom facilities. approximately 3,500 SF This building includes no educational activities and is an accessory use to the main academic building; therefore, no storm shelter (or other Educational occupancy restrictions) is/are required. School buildings and grounds will be occupied during construction. An overview of the construction drawings is attached for reference. Proposed Schedule Provide a proposed schedule in order to bid, construct, and achieve Substantial Completion such that ACS may occupy the Project no later than March 1, 2025.
