Award: SRS Roofing Company, $149,548.29 The improvement consists of: Re-roof construction and all related work, and installing new fall arrest protection systems at the City of Bellingham Fire Station #5, 3314 Northwest Avenue, Bellingham, WA 98225. Price Range: $300,000 - $350,000 The bidder agrees that they will complete all work as required within 100 working days All proposals must be on the Bid Proposal form provided by the City of Bellingham and must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, cash, money order or bid bond payable to the Finance Director in an amount equal to or exceeding five percent (5%) of the total bid. No other form of bid security is acceptable. The right is reserved to postpone making the award for a reasonable length of time, to reject any and all bids, or to waive irregularities not affecting substantial rights. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
