Meier Road Improvement Project 200 TONS Base Aggregate Dense 3/4" 220 TONS Medium rip-rap 160 Lin, Ft. 30" Dia. I-IDPE Culverts This project is being funded in part with the Town Road Improvement Program (TRIP). Each bid shall be accompanied by a Bid Guarantee in the form of a Certified Check in the amount of five (5) percent of the bid price payable to the Town of Spirit as a guarantee that if the bid is accepted the bidder will execute and file the proper contract within the time set or the bid deposit shall be forfeited as liquidated damages. Project to be completed by October 15, 2024. The successful bidder shall be required to furnish a Certificate of Insurance, together with an executed contract. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all bids and accept the bids deemed or to accept any bid they deem in the best interests of the Town of Spirit. The contractor shall be pre-qualified by the Wisconsin Department of Transportation to perform the work in this bid or proof of responsibility may be required.
