Site work and paving for a bridge / tunnel in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and for paving for a bridge / tunnel.
Bridge Widening at Rucker Road over Long Creek and Bridge Superstructure Replacement at Burks Hollow Road over Creek. Bid security shall be made payable to the Owner in an amount of ten percent (10%) of the Bidder's maximum bid price and in the form of a certified check or a bid bond. If a bid bond is submitted by a Surety meeting the requirements of the General Conditions, the bid bond shall be submitted on a form provided by the Surety. A contract performance bond of One Hundred (100) percent of the Contract price will be required of the successful bidder. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive technicalities Question Deadline 06/19/2024 All questions about the meaning or intent of the bidding instruments shall be submitted to the A/E in writing. Replies will be issued by addenda that are mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by the A/E as having received the bidding instruments. Questions received less than five (5) days prior to the date for opening of bids will not be answered. Only questions answered by formal written addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal e The project shall be completed within 180 consecutive calendar days after the notice to proceed date as issued by the A/E or Owner
