SCOPE OF WORK: The Work consists of direct replacement of 40 rooftop units (school-wide), 4 new split systems and replacement of three (3) mini-split systems. Work shall include all trades necessary, including, but not limited to ductwork, insulation, commissioning, electrical, fire alarm tie-in, and BAS control work. Bidder agrees to provide copies (electronic or print) of the Contract Documents only to those employees and potential subcontractors bidding on the Project and agrees that if it posts the drawings on any website, it shall be a secured website accessible only to those employees and subcontractors with a need to access the documents for bidding purposes. Contractor shall be liable for all costs and expenses incurred by PWCS to re-design the Project arising from such publication (e.g., to maintain school security). No plans and specifications will be available for viewing. PREVAILING WAGE: Prevailing Wages apply to this project. All wages, salaries, benefits, and other remuneration payable to any mechanic, laborer, or worker employed, retained, or otherwise hired to perform services in connection with this Contract shall be paid at or above the prevailing wage rate as set forth in Attachment 1 to this IFB.
