*The owner has selected a Design Builder. A timeline for construction has not yet been established. This will help facilitate social distancing in the City's public parks and other open spaces. A portion of the Project is grant-funded through the CDBG-CV Program; however, the project's scope exceeds that described in the CDBG-CV grant agreement. All upgrades and modifications covered by CDBG funding are within the boundaries of the City of Groveland, benefiting all residents. The project service area is comprised of greater than 51% of persons who are low- to moderate income, thus meeting the National Objective by primarily benefiting low-to-moderate-income individuals for Commercial Revitalization Question Deadline 08/11/2025 at 11:00 AM ET Questions are to be submitted via online portal Question Response Deadline:August 14, 2025, 11:00am partial scope of work to reconstruct roads, sidewalks, and walkways along Lake Avenue and Cherry Street. The balance of the scope of work includes stormwater improvements, street lighting, and additional improvements identified by the city through the design phase. The City recognizes that during design and construction, the need for additional improvements, which are unidentified at this time, may be required, and it is the City's intent to issue a change order, if funds are available, to the awarded contract for the inclusion of any additional improvements. The streetscape for the Project must be designed and constructed to be a continuation of the existing streetscape improvements on S. Lake Avenue from S.R. 50 south to Cherry Street.
