Saving Project...

Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Groveland, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; for outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The City of Groveland seeks an experienced, qualified firm to contract with for design-build services to design and construct stormwater improvements, roads, sidewalks, and walkways along Lake Avenue and Cherry Street, as well as street lighting, and associated improvements (the Lake Ave/Cherry Street Streetscape Project or Project) A portion of the Lake Ave/Cherry Street Streetscape Project is grant funded through the CDBG-CV Program awarded to help facilitate social distancing in the Citys public parks and other open spaces. The awarded proposer shall be responsible for the design-build of the Lake Ave/Cherry Street Streetscape Project. A copy of the grant agreement between the State of Florida Department of Economic Opportunity and the City of Groveland may be requested for additional information; however the scope of the Project exceeds that as described in the grant agreement because the City is seeking design-build services to include stormwater improvements, street lighting, and any associated improvements.
