Renovation of a municipal facility in Deland, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Volusia County is soliciting bids for elevator modernization at the Deland Courthouse located at 101 N. Alabama Ave, Deland Florida. The project consists of four (4) elevators that are intended to be overhauled to meet new code requirements. The awarded vendor shall be responsible to provide all necessary labor and materials to complete the work as requested. Project costs shall be inclusive of Preventative Maintenance, Service, testing and part replacement for the 12-month warranty period following final acceptance of the modernization in accordance with the Portfolio Master Elevator Service Agreement.
