1st Avenue Improvements, Division St. to Palouse St Site Directions: 1st Ave, Division St to Palouse St. Pre-Bid Meeting Info: No Pre-Bid Meeting. Description: This Contract provides for the improvement of East 1st Avenue from Division Street to Palouse Street and Palouse Street from East 1st Avenue to a mid-block project endpoint. The focus of the project is pavement maintenance and ADA curb ramp replacement. The project is approximately 2.5 blocks in length and includes, but is not limited to, removal of existing curb, curb ramps, and sidewalk, grinding and pavement removal, paving new concrete curb, curb ramps, and sidewalk, striping and traffic control. To accommodate truck traffic to wheat storage along the project corridor, paving activities (with the exception of patching for curbs and utility adjustments) are not allowed between July 12, 2024, and September 3, 2024. The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities in the bids and reject any and all bids. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The value range for this project is between $250,000 to $350,000.
