SCOPE OF WORK 1.Install artificial turf under the area of the existing shade structure 2.Replace damaged shade structure fabric on existing shade structure 3.Provide 4' tall chain link fencing with pedestrian gate (approx.. 34 ft.) 4.Restripe tricycle area 5.All materials are to be completed following District-specified requirements 6.Protect repair area from site personnel and students 7.Work to be completed during after school hours or on weekends 8.Open areas and construction left open overnight must be covered and secured 9.Any changes or deviations from the scope require Management approval in writing M/WBE's are encouraged to participate in the bid process. The District is requesting bids for play area needs at Garfield Elementary School and all necessary labor and equipment and other incidental and appurtenant work necessary to satisfactorily complete the work as further described in the Scope of Work.
