No communication is permitted between Respondents and City Departments, Divisions, or employees prior to award of contract unless sanctioned by the Purchasing Division. The City is not responsible for any oral instructions. Statements of Qualification are being solicited for the purpose of contracting with a number of qualified and licensed concrete or masonry contractors, to make repairs/ replacements to front steps and/or front porches, in order to correct violations. The contract shall be for a term of five years. Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds would be used to facilitate this program. Federal Compliance Requirements are attached, as part of this solicitation. PRE-PROPOSAL MEETING: A pre-proposal meeting concerning this SOQ may be held. If one is held, the date, time, and location will be indicated on the cover of this SOQ.
