Site work for a water / sewer project in American Falls, Idaho. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

Pump Station Rehabilitation. Site Address: 310 Valdez St, American Falls, ID 83211. Est. Value: $ 6,900,000.00. Est. Completion Date: April 15, 2025. Description: The Project includes the following Work: Removal of the existing four pumps, motors, piping, valves, and switchgear inside the existing pump station. Installing new medium voltage switchgear and transformer. Install new piping, pumps, and motors to connect to the suction and discharge headers. New motors will be (2) 1,250 HP, (1) 800 HP, and (1) 400 HP. The pumps, motors, switchgear, and transformer have been pre-purchased. Coat the interior and exterior of the existing 60-inch suction and discharge piping. The District has entered into contracts with Sunbelt Solomon, Platt Electric, and Ferguson Enterprises for the transformer, switchgear, and pumps and motors, respectively. The equipment pre-purchase contracts will be assigned to the selected bidder. All communications relative to this work shall be directed to the ENGINEER (Matthew Hill, Keller Associates, mhill@kellerassociates.com, 208- 238-2146) prior to the opening of the Bid Proposals.
