Site work and addition to an educational facility in Lachute, Quebec. Working plans call for the addition of a 45,000-square-foot, two-story above grade educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
Expansion of Lavigne Polyvalent school. The scope of the project includes construction of a modular complex for high education. The complex will house 23 classrooms, five teachers' rooms, a living space, administrative offices, a concierge room, a storage room, sanitary blocks and premises for service equipment. TIMELINE: Working drawings are underway. Owner is seeking required approvals from provincial authorities and expects to issue a tender for the general contractor in summer 2026. Note. The firm Énergir was awarded for the relocation of an underground natural gas pipeline for the installation of modular complexes following invited solicitation DA-379/20083933.
