Reference number: 20010224 Deadline for receipt of complaints 2024-08-12 Expected contract duration without options (in months) 6 Expected contract duration with options (in months) 18 Winter maintenance of rural roads - 2024 to 2027 The Ville de Lachute wishes to receive tenders for winter maintenance of various rural roads for the years 2024 to 2027, including, in particular, clearing and de-icing of public roads, maintenance outside periods of precipitation, clearing of catch basins, spreading of abrasives and ice melters, snow removal at specific locations, such as traffic signs and intersections, and all other related work. To be considered, the bid must be valid for a period of ninety (90) days following the deadline for receipt of bids.The bid must be accompanied by a bid bond in the lump sum amount of fifty thousand dollars ($50,000), issued by an institution licensed as an insurer in Canada and recognized by the Autorité des marchés financiers. The bid must also be accompanied by a letter of undertaking guaranteeing the issuance of a performance bond issued by an institution licensed as an insurer in Canada and recognized by the Autorité des marchés financiers in the amount of two hundred and fifty thousand dollars ($250,000).
