The Contractor shall provide pavement condition data collection, processing, analysis, quality control, and reporting in order to support the City's short and long term planning objectives and decisions in regards to road maintenance over the next 10-year period. Present within the city are approximately 183 centerline miles of roadway, with approximately eleven percent of those roads representing the arterial and collector network (not including Memorial or Highway 67). Arterial and collector roadways will be evaluated using a two pass test, resulting in approximately 203 survey miles all collected in accordance with the U.S. Army Corp of Engineers data protocols. Included in the proposal should be a detailed description of the data collection technology (including vehicles), protocols, and quality assurance practices of the Proposer. The Proposer shall also describe any methods and technology that will be put in place to ensure spatial accuracy and precision of captured data. The scope of work, as anticipated by the City, is described below. Any work beyond this anticipated scope shall be listed and described by the Proposer. Below is the schedule of events for this solicitation. The City reserves the right to modify the solicitation schedule at any time as best may serve the interests of the City. Any and all modifications shall be made either by addendum or amendment and will be posted to the City's website.
