Lawn and Landscape Maintenance services for the Bixby Fire Department locations, including lawn maintenance, landscape maintenance, leaf removal, weed control, trash/debris haul-off, and irrigation system maintenance for the below-listed locations: Station 1 Headquarters: 6397 E 151st Bixby, OK 74008 Station 2: 8300 E. 121st S. Bixby, OK 74008 Adjoining property to Station 2: 12104 S. 85th E. Ave. Bixby, OK 74008 Lawn Maintenance: Will include mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing all turf areas as described by the BFD as needed throughout the growing season to maintain a neat and professional appearance. Landscape Maintenance: Will include trimming, weeding, and mulch installation as needed annually tomaintain a neat and professional appearance. Re-mulching will be provided at a cost agreed upon by both parties. Trash/Debris haul-off: Debris clean-up will include picking up trash on the property and removing limbs and small trees at each service. Irrigation System Maintenance: Will include monitoring the system to ensure that appropriate amounts of water are being delivered to the turf and flower bed areas in a timely manner. Insurance: All insurance is to be maintained by the contractor, who is responsible for all damage caused by employees or representatives during their normal performance of their duties. Bixby Fire Department is not responsible for maintaining insurance for this purpose.
