Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Bixby, Oklahoma. Working plans call for the construction of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
The intent of the Plans and Specifications is that the Contractor furnish all labor and materials, equipment and transportation necessary for the proper execution of The Work unless specifically noted otherwise. The Contractor shall do all The Work shown on the Plans and described in the Specifications and all incidental work considered necessary to complete the project in a substantial and acceptable manner, and to fully complete the work or improvement, ready for use, occupancy and operation by the Owner. As of March 27, 2024, the bid date has been extended per addendum 1 to April 2, 2024. Mass grading, earthwork, and construction of paving and storm infrastructure to serve a new firearms training facility An electronic copy may be obtained via email from Seth Arredondo at the City of Bixby. If you wish to bid the project, please email SArredondo@BixbyOK.gov and request a PDF set of the Firearms Training Facility Contract Documents. Alternate delivery arrangements can be made by calling Seth at 918-366-0455. You must contact Seth to be placed on the Bidder's List so the City can ensure you receive all addenda and other pertinent bidding information.
