Purpose: To maintain beds in Bixby Downtown Streetscapes and the bed in Bentley Park Round-about. One-time to be done before start of contracted weekly maintenance, full trimming of Spirea in a spherical shape, Dwarf Crape Myrtles will need to be trimmed in late winter, Ornamental grasses will need pruning during late winter before spring green-up will occur, and complete removal pulling of unwanted broadleaf and/or grassy weeds that are not part of the landscaping plant selection. Trim suckers off trees in the downtown streetscapes, pick up loose trash out of the beds, and remove debris and trash off-site. Weekly Maintenance Contracted Time from March 1 - October 31 To trim Spirea in a spherical shape during the growing season Dwarf Crape Myrtles will need to be trimmed, but not limited to pruning broken and/or damaged stems or branches during the growing season Pull unwanted broadleaf and/or grassy weeds that are not in the overall scope of the landscaping plants Trim trees and suckers growing from the trees in the beds and along streets in downtown streetscapes Email questions concerning the scope of work, and the bid sheet to: jwood@bixbyok.gov dchilcoat@bixbyok.gov
