Engineers Estimate $1,350,000 The scope of work generally consists of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for performing the following types of work : (i) Procure and erect a 120x60x17 pre-engineered steel building, including overhead and man doors, (ii) Construct foundation (iii) Site work for grading and gravelling area around the structure. (iv) utility extension of electrical service, (v) permitting. All work shall be performed pursuant to (i) applicable laws, rules, regulations and codes, (ii) Port airside operations and (iii) Port direction. Bidder questions shall be made in writing and emailed and directed to Western Pacific Engineering and Survey, Inc., Attn: Nathan Nofziger at nnofziger@wpeinc.net. Questions will be accepted through Tuesday, July 9th, 2024 and replies will be provided by Thursday, July 11th, 2024. The Port of Moses Lake reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any or all bids and to waive any irregularities or informalities. All bids submitted shall be considered as valid offers for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of the bid opening during which time the Port of Moses Lake will make the award or return all bids.
