The LCBO is seeking one (1) qualified proponent capable of providing the services outlined in this RFP for all LCBO Service Locations outlined in Appendix E - Service Locations List and all Equipment outlined in Appendix G - Equipment Database, throughout the Term of the agreement. The services required include Preventative Maintenance Services; repair services; supply, delivery, and installation of equipment; system audits; commissioning services, and database and reporting requirements as outlined in this RFP. The LCBO has various LCBO Service Locations with different sizes, layouts, and types of HVAC and Refrigeration Equipment. The successful proponent must be able to provide services for all the types of Equipment used by the LCBO. The term of the agreement is to be for a period of two (2) years, commencing on a date to be determined by the LCBO, with an option to extend the Agreement at the sole discretion of the LCBO, on the same terms and conditions, for an additional term of up to three (3) separate one (1) year optional terms.
