Future upgrade to TTC Buildings. TIMELINE: A Request For Proposals has been issued by the owner. The Toronto Transit Commission (TTC) requires the consulting services of up to two (2) Heritage Building Specialists (HBS), for assignments requiring expertise in the subject matter. The intent of the scope of services for this Contract is for the Consultants to provide general support to TTC projects on a case-by-case basis. Their activities may include, but not be limited to, the following: 3.1.1 Review of Heritage Impacts Assessments (HIAs); 3.1.2 Review of project history and design concepts; 3.1.3 Provide input on Work Plans; 3.1.4 Attend design progress meetings as required; 3.1.5 Provide drawings to support public consultation; 3.1.6 Provide drawings and specifications to support Contract Documents; 3.1.7 Liaise with Authorities having Jurisdiction, letters of support as required; and 3.1.8 Other activities as assigned. The term of the Contract shall be for three (3) years from the date of Notification of the Award with an option to extend for two (2) additional 1 year terms, subject to reasonable negotiated rates at the sole discretion of the TTC, by issuance of a Contract Amendment.
