The California Governor's Office of Emergency Services requires a Contractor to provide all labor equipment and materials essential to provide scheduled maintenance (inspection, testing, and repairs) of two (2) CREST Condensing Boiler in order to give maximum assurance that equipment will operate reliably, effectively and safely. The Contractor is to provide a thorough examination and any necessary repair, replacement and/or installation of equipment components for the (2) CREST Condensing Boiler. Any attempt by a bidder to initiate contact with any member of Cal OES staff, other than the Cal OES Contract Analyst, regarding this IFB may disqualify the Bidder from further consideration. Deadline to Submit Questions July 18, 2024 received by 9:00 AM (PT) Term Start Date September 1, 2024, or upon approval, whichever is later Term End Date of Agreement August 31, 2027 Cal OES is not required to award a contract. Cal OES reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities and minor irregularities in bids received and to accept all or any portion of a bid, if deemed in the best interest of the State and not contrary to law. Cal OES' waiver of any immaterial deviation or defect will in no way modify the IFB documents or excuse the contractor from full compliance with the IFB specification, if awarded the contract.
