San Bernardino County on behalf of the Project and Facilities Management Department ("County"), invites qualified contractors to complete and submit a Prequalification Questionnaire and other required documents for the purpose of prequalifying, based on public contracting experience, to submit bids for Best Value Job Order Contracts. This prequalification process is a mandatory process for all licensed contractors who intend to submit bids for contracts under the Best Value - Job Order Contracting (JOC) project delivery method to be issued by the San Bernardino County for a period of one (1) year with two (2) options to extend one (1) additional year each, following Issuance of Notice of Prequalification. General Building, "B" Contractor's License Question Deadline 07/05/2024 at 5:00 PM PT Requests for clarification of the process or documents may be submitted by email to ProjectControls@pfm.sbcounty.gov. Final Date for County to Issue Addenda July 19, 2024. County reserves the right to waive minor or clerical irregularities, errors, or omissions in the prequalification process, in the information contained in any Prequalification Submittal or in regard to any Applicant's compliance with the prequalification process. The County's determinations with respect to waiving or not waiving any such irregularities, errors, or omissions shall, in the exercise of its sole and absolute discretion, be final, and binding upon Applicant.
