The Niagara Catholic District School Board is interested in receiving tender submissions from your firm to provide all material, labour and equipment to perform Washroom Upgrades to Holy Cross CSS, St. Catharines, ON, as specified. The alterations are for Washroom and Change Room Upgrades. Work must commence on or about July 19, 2024, with substantial completion by June 30, 2025 and full completion by July 31, 2025. Starting July 19, 2024, the Contractor may fully access the entire school while maintaining ongoing occupancy for owner throughout all remaining areas not under construction, providing hoarding as required to separate the construction areas. Use of existing corridors within the school must be coordinated with the school throughout construction, ensuring such areas are kept clean and safe at all times. From September 2, 2024, through to June 30, 2025, phasing of the work will determine areas of access. During which time (unless arranged otherwise with school staff) only 2 of 4 changerooms to be offline at any time, only 1 multi-use student Boy's and 1 multi-use student Girl's washroom offline at any time. And at least 1 Barrier-free Washroom must be functional on each floor level at all times. Occupancy to be maintained throughout construction.
