Closing Time: 12:00 PM (NT) Question Acceptance Deadline 2024/08/13 12:00:00 AM NDT .1 Provide all the plant, labour and materials required to perform work under this section. .2 Work under this section includes, but is not limited to: Concrete Steps/Walkways Concrete Patios/Sideyards Concrete Retaining Walls Foundation Walls/Concrete Floors Miscellaneous Buried Concrete Repair of Existing Concrete Structures .3 This work shall consist of all excavation as required, compacted sub-base, placed crushed gravel base and supply, placement and finish of concrete, in accordance with CAN/CSA A23.1-M90, "Concrete Materials and Methods of Concrete Construction", latest edition. 1 This section encompasses materials and methods of rough carpentry as shown on the drawings and specified herein. It includes, but is not limited to, the following: .1 Exterior and interior stud walls. .2 Wood blocking, nailers and sheathing. .3 Wood framing, blocking, furring, strapping and nailing pieces as shown and required. .4 Blocking, cutting and drilling for mechanical and electrical installation as required. .5 Floor underlayment. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform. The Work will be substantially performed within 9 (Nine) months from the date of notification of award of contract.
