Installation of a splash pad approximately 3,000 square feet, equipment vault, 19 aquatic play products and associated infrastructure; replacement of sidewalk affected by this project, addition of sidewalk and picnic area, gravel surfacing of approach. The equipment vault must be connected to the water system, sewer system and the existing electrical system. The project will be located at Noonan Park, north of W Goshen St. The splash pad will be installed east of the restroom building.
