Site work for a water / sewer project in Moorcroft, Wyoming. Completed plans call for site work for a dam / floodwall.
Closure of an approximately 10-acre municipal solid waste landfill owned and operated by the Town of Moorcroft and located approximately 6 miles east of the Town. Work includes subgrade preparation of the landfill, installation of a final soil cover with a passive gas venting system, and topsoil vegetated. Temporary erosion control measures are required during construction. Bids will be received for a single prime contract and shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis as indicated on the Bid Form. Unit prices and estimated quantities are provided solely for the purpose of comparing bids. Each qualified bid must be accompanied by a bid security equal to 5% of the total bid amount. For bids exceeding $150,000, the bid security must be in the form of a bid bond. The successful bidder shall furnish performance and payment bonds, each in the amount of 100% of the contract price, as a condition of contract execution. Question Deadline 04/27/2026 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than ten days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
