Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Fredericton, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; for outdoor lighting for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The proposed Work includes: Dismantling of the Brookside Drive and St. Mary's intersection roadways, including sections of Killarney Lake Lodge parking lot. Construction of new roundabout at the intersection of Brookside Drive and St. Mary's Street, complete with dyed concrete splitter islands and truck aprons, this also includes asphalt concrete laid over granular base, subbase and imported fill with associated concrete curb and gutter, sidewalk, landscaping, reinstatement of driveways, etc. Installation of temporary diversion road, which includes sections of 450 mm diameter culvert, traffic signage, barriers, etc. Installation of 15m of 250 mm diameter PVC Storm sewer, 50m of 300 mm diameter storm sewer, eight (8) 1050 mm diameter catch basins, concrete outfalls, and associated rip rap. Installation of light poles, concrete encased electrical conduit and concrete bases for street lighting, sleeves for traffic signs, etc. Deadline to Submit Questions June 28, 2024 All written questions and other communications made by the Proponent prior to execution of the Contract are to be directed solely to the Purchasing Agent
