Renovation of a municipal facility in Fredericton, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Barrett North Vault Stairs. The proposed Work includes excavation, concrete formwork, and rebar for the addition of a castin-place concrete foundation with steel grating stairs for new access into the existing concrete valve vault near the parking lot of the William L. Barrett Water Treatment Plant. Includes reinstatement of landscaping and all related appurtenances. Each Bid must be accompanied by a Bid bond or certified cheque in lieu thereof in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the Tender Price (including H.S.T.). Subject to the Contract Documents, the successful Bidder shall be required to provide Performance Guarantees as specified in the Tender Documents and in compliance with the Construction Remedies Act S.N.B. 2020, c. 29. Deadline to Submit Questions June 26, 2024 Project Commencement, no later than August 26, 2024 Substantial Completion of the Work November 1, 2024
