Site work and paving for a civil project in Fredericton, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
Only qualified Contractors will be considered for award of this Contract. In order to be considered qualified; the Contractor shall have been successfully pre-qualified under Prequalification No. P22-43 Category "B" to submit a Tender for the Work of this Contract. This opportunity has been posted to onlline as requested by subcontractors and suppliers so that they can be prepared should any qualified Contractors request their support. It is anticipated all Work will be completed within ten (10) consecutive weeks of starting construction. The Contractor shall obtain substantial completion no later than October 15, 2024. Documents are available at https://nbon-rpanb.gnb.ca Question Deadline: 06/18/2024. All questions are to be submitted via e-mail to the attention of the Purchasing Agent using the "Question and Answer Template" attached to these Instructions to Bidders. All written questions and other communications made by the Bidder prior to execution of the Contract are to be directed solely to the Purchasing Agent.
