Site work and paving for a civil project in Fredericton, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The Work consists generally of the supply and installation of precast concrete structures and storm sewer; approximately 480m of curb and gutter; approximately 250 tonnes of hot-mixed asphalt; structure adjustments; area grading; ditch excavation; rip rap; and site restoration. Specifications may be obtained from Dillon Consulting Limited, upon payment of FIFTY DOLLARS NON-REFUNDABLE (which includes applicable HST). NOTE: To obtain the tender documents and be registered on the bidders list please call 506-633-5000 or email mcorbett@dillon.ca . Original tender documents will be issued in hard copy via courier or in person and an electronic copy of the tender package will be provided by email. The electronic copy is issued for information purposes only while the hard copy forms the official contract documents. A Bid Bond or Certified Cheque, payable to the Town of Grand Bay-Westfield in the amount of Ten (10) percent of the Total Tender Price (including HST) must accompany each Tender. Bonding shall be in strict conformance with the Construction Remedies Act. Tender Documents will be on display at the Construction Association Offices in Saint John, Moncton and Fredericton. Tenders will be opened at the Town Office as soon after the Tender Closing as possible. The Town of Grand Bay-Westfield reserves the right to reject any and all tenders and also reserves the right to not necessarily accept the lowest Tender.
