Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Vero Beach, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The scope of work for this project shall consist of furnishing all the necessary equipment, materials and labor for the repair of two boardwalks located on the Trans Florida Rail Trail. Boardwalks #1 and #2 are located at 9402 CR 512, Sebastian, FL 32958, Parcel ID 31382200000500000001.1 (See Attachment 1). The proposed scope of work will include replacing wooden decking on the two boardwalks and creating a level transition from the boardwalks to the trail using asphalt. The work shall include the replacement of any damaged railings, stringers, cross members and resetting pilings as needed. Boardwalk photos are provided in Attachment 1. Materials: 1. All hardware will be stainless steel. 2. All materials, including but not limited to, decking, stringers, beams, rail supports and handrails will be fastened using stainless steel square drive deck screws. All hardware within pedestrian traffic areas shall be countersunk. The contractor is also to include an alternative option using ThruFlow decking or equivalent non-slip material. The bid is to include the cost for all necessary permitting.
