Gifford Aquatic Center Slide Replacement Installation of a new waterslide system at Gifford Aquatic Center Indian River County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids/proposals which we deem to best serve the interest of the County. Question Deadline 07/16/2024 The scope of work is for the installation of a new waterslide system at Gifford Aquatic Center, 4895 43 rd Ave, Vero Beach, FL 32967 (See map on Figure 1). The County is seeking proposals for this waterslide system on the below general specifications. General Specifications: 1. Install new waterslide system with the follow specifications a. 12 ft 9 ½ inch Platform height minimum b. Open staircase – Aluminum support structure c. Aluminum non-slip flooring on stairs d. Aluminum pipe e. 15-25 gallons per minute water source f. Stainless steel hardware g. Height requirement for riders not to exceed 42” h. Single Rider slides without tube required i. Weight limit 250lbs or higher j. 2 flumes system closed or open. k. Both slides emanate from same platform l. Required Depth at Slide Discharge no more than 4ft 3inch m. Fits in 34x34 sq ft footprint 2. Clean the area. 3. Manufacturers Warranty of materials should be included, as applicable.
