Site work and renovation of a civil project in Fairmont, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
1. Construct a new 2 MG ground storage reservoir tank with related piping and valves. 2. Demolish existing ground storage reservoir tanks and all related appurtenances. 3. Remove existing pipe and insulation stored on site, indicated on plans and Appendix B, and dispose of it in a certified landfill. These materials are expected to contain asbestos. 4. Replace existing propeller flow meters with new mag meters in existing booster station. 5. Replace existing electrically actuated butterfly valve with new electrically actuated butterfly valve. 6. Replace existing Katolight generator with new diesel generator and replace existing manual transfer switch with new automatic transfer switch. 7. Various trades throughout the project including electrical, controls, painting, and civil site improvements. Location Details City: Fairmont County: Martin State/Province: MN Est.
