The San Francisco International Airport (Airport) is seeking proposals from qualified firms, teams, joint ventures, or other qualified business entities for as-needed construction management support services. See Appendix B, Scope of Services, for more information. Each contract awarded pursuant to this Solicitation shall be non-exclusive with a term of five (5) years. The Airport anticipates awarding up to two (2) professional service contracts (Contract No. 12074.50 and Contract No. 12074.51); each contract will be awarded in a not-to-exceed amount of $3,000,000 with a term of five (5) years. Award of Contract (Tentative): September 2024 Proposers with previous relevant experience and qualifications related to the Scope of Services set forth in Appendix B, Scope of Services, are invited to submit a Statement of Minimum Qualifications and Proposal in accordance with the requirements set forth in this Solicitation, including the format and content guidelines outlined in Section IV., Proposal Submission Requirements. The Airport anticipates awarding up to two (2) professional service contracts (Contract No. 12074.50 and Contract No. 12074.51) for construction management support services, each in a not-to-exceed amount of $3,000,000 with a term of five (5) years. Proposers that fail to submit questions by the deadline will waive all further rights to protest based on the specifications and conditions herein. The City reserves the right to reject any Proposal on which the information submitted by Proposer fails to satisfy the City and/or if Proposer is unable to supply the information and documentation required by this Solicitation within the period of time requested. The City reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals without incurring any liability to any Proposer. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time
