Renovation of a fire / police facility in Carpentersville, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
The proposed project will consist of roof replacement at the Village's Fire Station No. 93 located at 5000 Sleepy Hollow Road. All other ancillary work is required to complete the project in accordance with the plans, specifications and all other applicable standards. Owner will receive Bidder Questions until 12:00 p.m., local time, June 25, 2024. Questions can be submitted directly to Nikki Ang, Public Works Management Analyst, via e-mail at nang@cville.org. Each Bidder's proposal shall be accompanied by a security deposit in the form of a Bid Bond as outlined within the bid package. The Village of Carpentersville reserves the right to determine the low, responsible bid and waive irregularities or to reject any or all proposals.
