Renovation of a stadium in Oakville, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium.
The Town of Oakville (the town) invites tenders for construction services described as: Replacement of built up roofing areas "Roof B" (2,958 sq.ft), "Roof D" (1,112 sq.ft.) and "Roof F" (850 sq.ft) with modified-bitumen roofing at Maple Grove Arena located at 2237 Devon Road. (Areas of roof shown in attached aerial images). Roof areas have exceeded their useful life and have active leaks. This roof replacement project will also upgrade the roof insulation from R8 to R20, improving the energy efficiency of the facility.
