Bid is cancelled The roadways included in the 2026 Asphalt Resurfacing Program are identified in Appendix A - 2026 Resurfacing Roadway Candidates, along with the number of lanes, approx. length and whether a geotechnical investigation is required or not for each roadway. The total approximate lane kilometres for the 2026 roadways are 37.6 lane km. Sketches reflecting the approximate limits of work for each roadway are included in Appendix B - Roadway Limits; these limits should be verified by the Consultant during their design phase field assessments as asphalt limits should coincide with pre-existing asphalt joints. Proponents should also include the items identified in Appendix C in relation to the scope of this assignment. Halton Region surveyors shall complete a pre-engineering topographic survey of all roadways included in the 2026 Asphalt Resurfacing Program. The Region will provide Road Appraisal Sheets containing Annual Average Daily Traffic (ADDT) volumes, Truck Percentages and a 10 Year Growth Factor. The topographic survey and Road Appraisal Sheets for the 2026 Asphalt Resurfacing Program will be provided to the Consultant upon award of the assignment.
