Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Buckhorn, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The contractor shall furnish all personnel, equipment, supplies, materials, and incidentals necessary to remove the existing concrete pad, sidewalk, concrete steps, and holding tank; and to furnish and install a new ADA accessible vault toilet (Latest ADA, Standards Regulations for Accessible Design), holding tanks; provide ADA access to the vault toilet which includes aluminum handrails on both sides of the access per the specifications below. Prices should include mobilization & de-mobilization, fuel, labor, material, and equipment. The contractor's work and responsibility will include all planning, programming, administration, management, supervision, communications, and inspection necessary to assure that all work is conducted in accordance with the contract requirements and all applicable Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations.
