Solicitation Number: FA4801-23-Q-0451 Building 7013 Demolition - Holloman AFB, NM Question Deadline 07/02/2024 at 12:00 PM MT This requirement is for the demolition and removal of a pre-engineered metal building in accordance with the attached Statement of Work, dated 06/14/2024. Questions Questions generated for this solicitation shall be submitted to the Point(s)-of-Contact (POC) identified below not-later-than 12:00 P.M. Mountain Time on 26 June 2024 1. The Contractor shall demolish Bldg 7013. 2. Bldg 7013 is 150' long x 60' wide x 25' high. It is a pre-engineered metal building. Six pictures and a Site Plan are attached. 3. Bldg 7013 is located about 12 miles west of the Test Track area. 4. Remove and dispose all the metal siding, metal roof, steel skeleton, doors, and anything else attached to the building. 5. There is a wall inside the building that separates it into two bays. Remove and dispose the wall. 6. Several pieces of siding have blown off the building and are lying around the area. Remove and dispose these panels. 7. Leave the concrete slab in place. It does not matter if it is damaged during the course of the demolition work. However, if any chunks of the slab are broken out, remove and dispose of this debris. Any anchor bolts in the slab can remain in place. 8. All the utilities to this building have been shut off. Do not remove any underground piping. 9. Sand has accumulated against the sides of the building. Push the sand away from the building before beginning demolition work. Level and grade the ground surface around the building after demolition work is complete. 10. The road out to Bldg 7013 is frequently closed.
