The Contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary for the purchase/installation/testing of a video surveillance and Digital Video Recording (DVR) system for 100 percent coverage of common areas in designated Holloman AFB dormitories, in a manner that will ensure their full serviceability and operation. Contractor shall use established technical criteria for ensuring continuity of service and traffic without damage or degradation of government facilities. Troubleshoot and repair any/all issues. "Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs." This requirement for the purchase of a separate Axis Communications, CCTV System for each of the three designated dormitories at Holloman AFB, NM, as well as the parking lots. If the details of the modification change the solicitation will be adjusted and posted via an amendment or modification.
