City of Ocala (City) is seeking to engage the services of qualified and licensed architectural firms or individuals (interchangeably referred to herein as Firms) to provide drafting, design, site plan, architectural, and surveying services for the Community Development Services Departments CDS) residential construction and residential rehabilitation projects on an as needed basis. CDS provides housing assistance programs for eligible owner-occupied households, funded by various state and federal funding sources including, but not limited to, the State Housing Initiatives Partnership (SHIP) Program, Home Investment Partnerships Program (HOME), and Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program. The City intends to engage the services of multiple architectural firms or individuals for the provision of these services and to serve as part of a pre-qualified pool of architectural service firms for CDS projects. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. CONTRACT TERM. Any resulting contract will be for an initial term of THREE (3) YEARS.
