The Marion County Facilities Management desires to engage qualified contractor(s) for the repair of stucco and paint on the exterior of E & F Pods at the Marion County Jail. The successful bidder(s) shall provide all labor and materials to deliver a complete repair of the exterior wall surfaces of E & F Pods of the Marion County Jail. Liquidated Damages - Damages to the County as a result of the contractor's delay shall be assessed for this project at $250 per calendar day for any day beyond established completion schedules established herein. Special Notes : A pre-bid on-site meeting will be conducted, and bidders are recommended to attend. It is the contractor's responsibility to verify all measurements, quantities, and site conditions, which can be performed at the on-site pre-bid meeting. Omissions or deletions of specified materials or components determined at pre-bid could result in the disqualification of bid(s).
