The Galveston County Water Control and Improvement District No. 1 (District) is requesting bids for the rehabilitation of the Hollywood Water Plant located at 2605 Hollywood Street, Dickinson, Texas 77539. Work items include demolition of existing booster pump station, construction of a new electrical control building and outdoor rated vertical turbine booster pumps, replacement of all yard piping, fittings, valves and fire hydrants, installation of a new natural gas emergency generator, elevated and ground storage tank mixing and disinfection residual control systems, elevated storage tank lighting system, and all associated civil, electrical, mechanical, structural, and instrumentation and controls work required per the plans and specifications.
