Site work and paving for a civil project in Westworth Village, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The Project includes the following Work: Construction of approximately 2,600 SY of 8" concrete paving and associated items Instllation of approximately 885 LF of 8" SDR-26 PVC Sanitary Sewer Line and appurtenances Instllation of approximately 685 LF of 8" AWWA C900 DR-18 Water Line and appurtenances The deadline to ask questions is 7/14/2024 2:00 PM CST. The Project has an expected duration of 240 days to Substantial Completion. ; 300 days for final completion A pre-bid conference for the project will not be held. Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than 72 hours prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. August 13th is the anticipated council award date. Anticipated NTP date is the first or second week of September.
