Site work and paving for a road / highway in Tontitown, Arkansas. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

The work will generally consist of providing surveys, environmental studies, geotechnical studies, hydraulic studies and structures design, traffic studies, roadway design and plans, and right of way plans. This project includes federal funds along with review and approval of the work by the Arkansas Department of Transportation (ARDOT). All work and contract requirements shall conform to the requirements of the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), ARDOT, and the City. Since this job is on the State Highway System, design will be required to follow the ARDOT design standards and formats for Roadway Design and Traffic Signals. Questions and clarifications will be gathered and posted to city web-site by July 5th, 2024 allowing at least a week for firms to review information prior to finalizing their letter of interest submittal. After a review of all Letters of Interest received, short listed firms will be furnished with a scope of work and requested to submit proposals for accomplishing work. The City complies with the provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act, Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, FHWA Guidance, and any other Federal, State, and/or local laws, rules/or regulations.
