Nestucca Substation Site Work Question Deadline 06/27/2024 at 2:00 PM PT Last Day for Questions and Proposed Agreement Modifications Bids must be submitted on the prescribed forms and accompanied by a surety bond, an irrevocable letter of credit issued by an insured institution, a cashier's check or a certified check as bid security in an amount equal to 10 percent of the cost of services stated in the Bid. All bidders are required to possess a current Construction Contractor Board license at the time of submittal and identify whether the bidder is a "resident bidder" for purposes of ORS 279A.120. All bids shall include a statement that bidder will comply with all applicable State and Federal prevailing wage requirements. The Board reserves the right to reject for good cause any or all bids.
