2024 West Mayfield Paving Project - General Fund / Liquid Fuels Question Deadline: 07/03/2024, Requests for clarification shall be forwarded by email to kgray@widmerengineering.com. The responses shall be publicly displayed on the Widmer Engineering Inc. online. All requests for clarification must be received no later than five (5) business days prior to the anticipated date of receipt of Bids. Each proposal must be accompanied by a certified check, bank check, money order or bidder surety bond in the amount specified in instructions to bidders as a guarantee that if the proposal is accepted, a contract will be entered into and its performance properly secured. Invitation, preparation, submittal, bidding requirements, all materials furnished and all work shall conform to the current specifications of PennDOT Form 408, current edition and appropriate bulletins. The Borough of West Mayfield reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids, and to award the contract to the best interest of the Borough.
